Hudson Medical Products announces it’s acquisition of Position Dynamics
RICHMOND, Va., August 28, 2004 — Hudson Medical Products is pleased to announce it’s recent acquisition of Position Dynamics from Medical Industries of America.
Position Dynamics sells the Optima Seating System to providers servicing rehab patients and rehab centers throughout the US. The Optima Power Seating System includes Tilt, Recline, and Tilt/Recline systems. Hudson plans to offer a wider selection of configurations, electronics and accessories for the Optima System. Hudson will continue to make the Optima System available for most major manufacturer’s power bases.
Hudson Medical Products will market the Optima System through its direct sales force and through independent manufacturer’s representatives.
